टिहरीः उत्तराखंड के टिहरी जिले में वनाग्नि और वनो की सुरक्षा के लिए नित लए प्रयास किए जा रहे है। इसी कड़ी में कीर्ति नगर रेंज , डांगचौरा के कर्मचारियों द्वारा टिहरी वन प्रभाग की सीमाओं में गश्त किया गया। इस दौरान टीम द्वारा तय समय पर मंजिल पर पहुंच 2484 मीटर ऊंचाई पर हरी झंडी फहराई गई।
रेंजर बुद्धि प्रकाश ने बताया कि वनाग्नि की रोकथाम और वनो की सुरक्षा के लिए वन विभाग प्रयासरत है। इसके मध्यनजर कीर्ति नगर रेंज , डांगचौरा के कर्मचारियों द्वारा टिहरी वन प्रभाग की सीमाओं से होते हुए गश्त / भ्रमण पर झंडी शिखर पर झंडी फहराई गई। इस दौरान टीम टिहरी वन प्रभाग की भिलंगना व पौखाल रेंज की सीमा से होते हुए पौखाल रेंज के कोटी गांव में पहुंची। जहां इस गश्त और भ्रमण का समापन किया गया। उन्होंने बताया की टीम इस दौरान तय समय पर झंडी शिखर 2484 मीटर ऊंचाई पर हरी झंड़ी फहराकर व माणिकनाथ मंदिर में दर्शन कर लौटी है।
